Fingerprints & Permits

If you would like your fingerprints taken for employment or other checks, we can help. Fingerprint hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Fees charged by the Major County Sheriff's Office

Fingerprinting and processing fee: $25
Picture (if needed): $10

A credit card*, or a money order or cashier's check made payable to "Major County Sheriff's Office", are acceptable forms of payment for the fees for services provided by MCSO. OSBI fees are not considered MCSO services.

*A convenience fee of $1.95 will be added to credit card transactions. Neither MCSO nor Major County government receives any portion of the convenience fee.
